Hello everyone!

I am a new investor in the Atlanta (Kirkwood) area. I was first introduced to real estate investing 2 years ago, but was too busy with my small IT company to take it serious.

I am now winding down my IT business and looking to focus on REI full-time.

I've joined a couple of REIA, FB, and MeetUp groups to get the ball rolling. Also, I have loaded up my podcast app with BP and Flipping Junkie, bought a few books, and am glued to the BP forums for the time being.
