Needing some advice on a wholesale deal

I'm going to make this short and sweet. I have a house, not yet under contract, that I'm interested in investing in. The lady that owns the house had it priced for $80,000 and before we started to negotiate a price she said she would go down as low as $66,000 (she owes $48,000 on it). The question I have is, would it be disrespectful of me to offer her her low price? The comps on the surrounding area is $85,000-$95,000.
