$1MM House with lower than 20% down payment- how to?

Hi!

I'm looking to buy a house in Alexandria VA. Houses we are looking at are $850-950k. We have the salaries to cover the mortgage payment but haven't built up to 20% down payment yet. Also don't really want to sink $200k in a down payment. I've looked at FHA and the limit seems to be $679,000. What options do I have?
