Mortgages investment with VA loan
Hello everyone, my name is Jose Chavez. It has been 2 years since i left the military, now attending college for a surgical tech position in the near future. I was planning on using my VA loan for a home to rent for other people. I thought it would be a great idea, since I am receiving help from my parents by living with them. Is there anyone in the Houston area that is willing to help be better plan this out? I am a fist time home buyer. Please let me know what I could do to make this idea better or how to begin.
