Looking into Philadelphia/Montgomery County/Lehigh Valley

Hi All,

I am relatively new to the site. 

I am 29 years old and trying to become a real estate investor. I work full time and on my spare time I try to read up as much as possible on Real Estate investing. My brother and I are trying to get into this so we are constantly reading and watching podcasts daily.

Does anyone have any experience with rental properties in these area? Any BRRRR performed in these area? I live in the Montgomery county. I was looking at Lehigh Valley, Montgomery County, and Philly area. Can anyone share any insight they have on this area?
