Finding Owner who is apart of an LLC

Hey guys I recently found a single family home that is vacant right by my apartment and I looked up the tax information and saw that the house is owned by an LLC. Should I get in contact with the LLC or try to pursue the owner of the property directly? If so how would I go about finding who the owner is to negotiate pricing.
