Opinions on turn key options such as rootstock

@Shawn Verma - roofstock isnt really a turnkey company but a more of a marketplace where investment properties are bought and sold online from other property owners. I havent personally bought any properties listed on roofstock before but that's what it is. In turnkey, in short, you are purchasing a fully rehabbed property (in most cases) from a turnkey seller that is price at or near market value. They may or may not have in-house property management in place as well.
