Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Brighton.

Purchase price: $285,000
Cash invested: $5,000

Single Family Home. For the first two years I was able to generate $1,700 in cash flow each monthly. Currently, it is still cash flowing excellently. My strategy is to hold this for at least the next 10+ years.
