Can anyone recomend a good US bank contact?

I am new to this forum but not to real estate. I graduated from Ohio state with a real estate specialization and work in commercial (retail) real estate.

I am looking to buy some homes, rehab and rent out (aren't we all?)

I found a home I am interested that is owned by US bank. It is not currently listed with anyone.

US bank took title of the property on September 12.

Anyone have a recommendation on how to find the status of this property? Their 1-800 number refereed me to reo.com which was worthless.
