Dog Fees: What Do You Charge?

Dog Rental Question: I've got a tenant moving into a property (the 2nd unit in my house) with a Husky. It's an older dog and they claim its well behaved (they reassure me its a perfect dog). This is a fully renovated brand new unit and happens to be fully furnished. I trust what they say, but want make sure I don't make a bad call here.
What kind of downpayment or fee would you suggest?

What am I overlooking here?

Of course I recognize that a bigger dog can do more damage and that dogs like Huskies have a lot more energy to get into trouble. I'm not looking for people trash talking dogs, but I would love to hear your stories and experiences. Plus I'd love to hear what you'd charge or how you'd handle this. In Denver a lot of people have dogs and it helps make the unit standout.
