Hey all,
I figured I'd post this deal calculator for everyone to enjoy. It's easy to use, has all the formulas you need, and provides me with all of the info I need to make a purchase decision from a financials standpoint! Enjoy it, and also... give me feedback! Maybe point out suggestions to improve it, or things that you include in your number crunching that I'm missing so I can make it better and continue to share this and other tools.
