Broward County/SE Florida Rentals with a Pool

Good evening,

looking at a couple different properties that have pools in the backyard. I have never personally owned one, much less considered the effect it might have on a rental property. Does anyone have any experience with them using a B&H rental strategy? 

Is there anything unique to be concerned about that you guys are aware of (liability, maintenance, etc)?
