Hello everyone! My name is Jake Penn, Right now I am only flipping in Delaware County Pennsylvania but I am looking to get into New Castle County Delaware, Gloucester County New Jersey, Salem County New Jersey, Camden County New Jersey. Is anyone flipping in these area?
