What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to get in to owning a renting houses as an additional passive income source and to supplement my retirement income when i do retire in 5-10 years

My good friend's older sister passed away and the heirs did not want the house, i made an offer and it was accepted.

standard 30 year mortgage via First National Bank of Omaha.
