How do you keep track of your utility bills?

Those of you who self manage multiple properties, do you use a simple spreadsheet to keep track of all the utility bills? Or Quickbooks, or something else?

All on autopay via the utility website, transactions downloaded and categorized in Quicken, like all my expenses.
