Question on needing $360k in15-30 day for forclosure

Hi,There is currently a for closure by the bank that will provide the property free and clear of any past tax debts and title. My question is the property is $360k and I'd like to know where I'd be able to obtain a loan in 15-30 days. I have hard cash(think in the mattress) and a home I could refinance from. The refinancing I believe with be difficult, since it will be 30-45 days to obtain the money and also they require someone to make a decent income(I deduct everything).
