Looking for flippers in Pierce County, WA

Hey folks,

i am coming across a huge number of properties down in Pierce county ripe for a fix and flip.  

Most of my buyers are focused on King and Snohomish counties and i am looking for flippers interested in Pierce.  

for example, there was one i found today asking 160, needing 140k in rehab, but had AVR of +$475.
