Looking to Invest into a Rental Property in NOVA

Hi,

I am 30 years old and own a house in Chantilly, VA where I live in the master bedroom and rent out the remaining 2 bedrooms to two young professionals. I want to buy another property in NOVA that I can rent out fully to either a family or young professionals individually.

Any realtors here that can help me find an amazing property for rental?  I am open to putting some cash into renovations as well if we get a good deal on the place.
