Changing ownership address of rental property

Hi all,

I am in the process of moving to a new primary residence and I own 2 rentals that will soon have my former address listed. How do I update my rentals with the state to show I have changed addresses. I am assuming this is required for tax/correspondence reasons. - live in KY
