Docs used in a Subject To deal in Texas

Just relocated from WA state to Tx.  Can someone share what docs are used in a Subject To deal here in TX please?

In WA, typically: Purchase and Sale declaring that Buyer is purchasing with underlying loan(s) intact.

Sellers Disclosures, Buyers Disclosures., Disclosure to Seller that there is a Due on sale clause and buyer will not be held liable.  Limited Power of Attorney, Authorization to release.

I typically have the seller sign the Deed over to an entity such as an LLC or Land Trust. I usually have an Atttorney write up the agreement and sign at his / her office.

Anyone want to weigh in on this?  Thanks
