Intentions for the Day:
Education: We will visit 3 Properties in various stages of rehab. On site, we will take a thorough look into How the property was purchased,
financed, the hurdles that were overcome, the permits, the design, and so much more. Gerald Barksdale, Designer and Owner of DesignBuild
along with Corey Finnie will not only give the in-depth information on these properties, however will be there to create an invaluable experience
with valuable lessons.
Experience: Board the luxury "Success bus"...seats 50 and DESIGNED for FUN! Conducive to complete interaction with other investors and
sponsors. Water, sodas and light snacks will be provided. Upon arrival at property #2, enjoy a catered brunch with your choice of
champagne or bloody mary....real or virgin ...during the presentation by our Keynote speaker sponsoring the brunch!
Entertainment: Unique opportunity to spend the day with serious investors ready to make 2019 explode! And we're sure with this group there will be a
