Some of you have been having issues finding the latest episodes of our Real Estate Investing Podcast. We re-uploaded the show to Google Play and (fingers crossed) it now works.

I have been wondering why on my Google Play Music app/computer that the BiggerPockets real estate podcast had not been updating with new episodes for a couple months now. When I saw this post I decided to see if I could fix it and when I did a search for BiggerPockets I realized there are two BiggerPockets real estate podcasts that show up. One that has not been updating for months (has picture of Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner) and a second podcast that is up-to-date (has picture of Brandon Turner, David Greene, and Josh Dorkin). The newer one (that has three happy smiling faces) has all episodes including the the latest podcasts. So if people are having issues finding the latest episodes on Google Play Music they need to subscribe to the newer BiggerPockets real estate podcast.
