Hi all! I'm buying my grandparents Duplex in Big Bear Lake from them in the next couple weeks. In the paperwork process now. This will be my first rental property. Im 33, my wife and I live in North Hollywood, and I'm looking to connect via email or for coffee for anyone willing to give me advice. VRBO? Long term rental? Contractors/ handy men/ gardeners in the area? I love all the posts I've read, especially all the forums re Big Bear. Thank you!!
