New Investor/Wholesaler - NYC Metropolitan Area
Hello,
My name is Brandon, and I'm a new wholesaler in the Lower Westchester, NY - CT area. I've been reading information for a while, and attended a couple of investor events. However, I want to take the plunge and stop procrastinating. I also work as a CRE analyst as a commercial bank in NJ, and looking to obtain a salesperson license by the end of February. My long-term goal is start flipping and then build a rental portfolio, while moving into commercial development down the road. I'm looking to connect with professionals in the area, and provide value in any way possible.
