Too old to invest? Asking for a friend.
So my mom and her boyfriend (Who lives in Avondale, Arizona) are thinking of getting into real estate investing. I told them about BiggerPockets and the books that I’ve read. They have very little experience in real estate but they’re willing to learn. The only problem I think they’ve i mentioned s that they feel they might be too old to get the ball rolling. My mom has no car payments and A lot of equity on her current home she lives in so she’s comfortable… She’s thought about renting it out but just lacks the experience. My question is, being that they are in their mid 60s are they too old to start? Is there such a thing as being too old to start?

Nah! Older and wiser is the motto they should live by! If they want to learn, are willing to learn and willing to put some energy into it, there is absolutely no reason why they can't become real estate investors.
