Illinois South Burbs - Eviction - After Auction Purchase

I am looking to get good legal advice (attorney) recommendations and process.  I will be BIDDING on property ; however, there are tenants living in home.  

Looking for experienced attorney for eviction process.  Yes, I know about cash for KEYS, but I want to know the "official" process/time to remedy (and, fees) - if this option is not accepted.
