Thoughts on multifamily investment in Thackerville, Oaklahoma

Thackerville is home of Winstar casino, located at border of Texas and OK. About 1.5 hr drive from heart of DFW metroplex. Multifamily is in short supply in very competitive DFW market, so exploring near by opportunities to invest. Thanks in advance from newbie (first post!)
