Ffriends or non-friends for your power team

Jonathon Moore
Posted

I have a several real estate agents who are genuinely nice and helpful, but the thing is, they are all my friends.  Would it be better to go with non-friends as you select your power team?  I wonder if friendship creates issues in the long run.  Thanks in advance!

@Jonathon Moore keep in mind that most agents do not have a clue what makes a good investment property. That is not  meant as a criticism, simply that is not what they specialize in.  Most sell homes to homeowners not investors. Also many agents know a specific geographic market, which may not line up with the best place to find deals
