Texting Campaign for Wholesaling(Finding Motivated Sellers)

Hi, I'm just starting out in real estate investing and I've watched tons of Youtube videos on wholesaling. I'm starting my first marketing campaign and wanted to know was this a good strategy. My strategy was to send out a text first to the list of leads I've found and seeing if they are interested in selling their homes and using a Text- To - Join feature to schedule an phone appointment to discuss an offer. I'm just looking for a more efficient and organized way to do this business without calling 120 people on my own. Please give me advice!
