HOA Liens in Texas - how do they last so long?
How is that people have HOA liens for years and years?
I see some on the list in Houston that have 15+ years on them. How do these not get sent to tax auction? I guess some do eventually, but I don't get how they can go so long like that.

Because tax auctions are for taxes that are not paid .
HOA fees are not taxes , they are bills . Now a HOA could force the issue in court and force the sale of the house .
