Any MF syndicators from Oklahoma City area
I am hoping I'd find multifamily syndicators in the Oklahoma City area, who are currently actively working deals.
A few 100+ units seem to be available in the market, and surely there's enough interest for experienced operators.

Hi @Jai Reddy. If you are local, try to make it to the Coffee with Real Estate Investors this week. There are usually at least 1 or 2 of the local syndicators that go to those events.
