Tax delinquent list I acquired from my county

Hello. I need some help. After so many attempts to get a hold of the tax delinquent list from my county. They finally gave me a tax delinquent list. 

It sais "Delinquent Taxes published summer of 2018" 

So I was wondering if this is a fresh enough list or if they just gave me this list so I could stop bothering. If anyone can help me with this or give me some pointers on how old should the list be. Or if its updated regularly.
