Taxes on Rental property calculator

Hey Guys, Danish Guy incoming,

So I've got a question for you regarding taxes. I am aware that danish taxes differ hugely from the american tax system. Nevertheless I will ask you guys :)

I've been testing the rental property calculator (which is awesome by the way), and besides property tax, it doesn't seem to mention anything about state tax etc. Do you not have to pay taxes of your money after expenses? 

It kind of a makes a big difference on my ROI in the end, whether I put taxes in before I pay the monthly mortgage :)
