home insurance for my rental property

I just purchased a property in Missouri that will undergo construction before being rented. This is my first property and now I need to get insurance on it however I am unsure of how to go about this. Ive received quotes online but they are not for a rental property owned under an LLC. Anyone have an agent or company that I can use/get a quote or know what the first step is for me to obtain insurance. also any tips on the coverage i will need.
