My property is great but I hate it!

I have some rental properties. I have two single family homes and a duplex. My duplex, on paper, is a great investment. A homerun even. The renters are good and pay on time (automatic withdrawals through Cozy). They don't complain or ever really reach out unless they need something done. It cash flows over $500 a month. There's just one problem, I hate it and I don't even know why. I don't want to sell it because it's works. Anyone else feel this way about a property?

Nope, hate is a emotion. No place in business for emotions. It's only about the money.
