Looking to start in Real Estate, and asking for help

I'm currently new in this field and looking to excel, I'm located in Edmonton Alberta and looking for individuals on this forum that could possibly mentor or guide me in the process of potentially looking for a home to purchase to rent/flip or to do some little home renovations to improve a home to sell.
