Dont need money just a little guidance.

Coming into a decent amount of starting capital $500k. I'm looking for some one to bounce questions off of and maybe shoot some ideas by. 

I'm looking into flipping houses and would like a Pro who also flips house.

What would you get out of this? Maybe a fine bottle of whiskey or wine and knowing you're helping change some one's life.
