My husband and I are ready to invest in 2 real state properties. Thinking in Orange county area (Anaheim, Placentia, Brea, Yorba Linda). Considering Palm springs and Big Bear as a vacation rental property.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I believe in the  power of knocking doors for advice...
