Looking to connect (Charlotte and surrounding areas)

Hello all, My name is Yanick Gomez and I am in Charlotte, NC. I am a Mechanical engineer by education but an investor/entrepreneur by choice. I just recently joined the BP community and I am looking to connect with like minded people in this area. My goal is to start out wholesaling real estate and build up cash to buy and hold single family and multifamily homes and then use the BRRR method.
