What DOES “ WEAR AND TEAR “ mean to you?
- Tenant will cause Wear and Tear.... what does that mean to you. In your own words
- To me, it means, the tenant causes a damage to my house, I can’t specify the damage, but the houses condition is no longer in the condition expected
- I decided to charge 500.00 move in fee on all my homes!
