Buying properties in UK by non resident.

Hi, I would like to get some informations about possibility to buy house in United Kingdom by non resident(Pole). I have read about offshore lenders. Are there any other opportunities ? If so, I would like to know more about them. We have quite a lot of capital but we would like to use buy to let mortgages and other bank products as a leverage. 
Also I would like to know if it's still a good deal to invest in UK before Brexit for non residents. What do You think about it.
