Market Research In My City

Hello, BP family. I hope this message finds you well. I'm just getting started in REI and before I make any major moves, I know I need a bit more education all around, but especially on my market. So, if you could indulge me for a bit, I have a few questions.

How does one go about learning about their market? 

What are some of the key factors to know and understand?

Where/Who should I network within my City?

I'm new, does it matter that I have no authority or experience?
