Best program for mac for property managing, rents, tenants etc.

I was referred to Cozy for an app to use when screening which is fine, i can do that through my iPhone. Im wondering which apps/programs are the most user friendly for beginners for my book keeping. I use a mac for everything at this point so that is the interface that i am most familiar with. Also, any alternatives too cozy?
