Flipping houses in Augusta, GA

Hey,

I’m a real estate investor stepping into Augusta area, and I have a few difficulties to understand the market there. It seems like a great rental zone but less for flips.

Does anyone know the area?

Has anyone faced the same problem finding the flipping potential properties?

Btw - I’m a part of a group of investors (19) stepping into Augusta and looking for new partnerships, local agents and investors.
