Los Angeles House Hacking -Westchester Area (LAX)

Hello!

I currently live in Westchester (by LAX) and I've been very interested in house hacking in this area. 

Does anyone here have any advice as far as if Westchester is a good place to do this? Pros/Cons 

I'm just starting out and could use all the information about this area as possible. Thank you!
