I would like introduce myself. I'm a new investor in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. I have been on the rental management side for 10+ years. I currently oversee 400+ doors. My husband and I just closed ln our first property. It needs a ton of work. We've had difficulty finding skilled work to give us a bid. I was hoping for any advice on how to find good trades. Thanks! Excited to be on the forum.
