I want to buy a house

Hey guys , one of my friend is trying to buy a house in seattle where prices are very expensive not less than 220 k

she makes 27 k per year and she is trying to buy  a house . the bank approve only up 130 k how can she get a bigger loan up to 200k what are the ways to do that ?
