Turnkey company referrals for my folks
Hey BP,
Looking for referrals for some tried and true, genuinely stellar turnkey companies to send to my parents. They want to get into real estate, albeit a bit more passively than the route I'm taking. They live in San Diego, so they'll want something out of state, landlord friendly, w/ great numbers. I really don't want to send them anything less than an incredible organization as a referral, so if you got any knockouts, send them my way!

There are some good turnkey companies out there, but in today's markets it is unrealistic to buy turnkey "w/ great numbers." So, lower your sights to more moderate returns, and focus on working with a reliable and trustworthy company.
