legal description change from single family to 4-plex
Hello all,
Please move this post if I created in the wrong forum.
So I just closed on a 4 plex ( my first rental ) and the legal documents state it is a single family home.
Anyone have any idea what I would be stepping into to get this changed ?
Should I ?
