WHAT is the best, most affordable Costar alternative

I'm really looking to get the unit "mix" on apartment buildings in Phoenix. It's fairly easy to get the total unit count but most of the time the leasing office doesn't even know what the unit mix is, for example how many 1 bedrooms, how many 2 bedrooms etc. I've read that Costar has this feature but that it's way to expensive. Does anyone know of any good alternatives (other than reonomy) that would give me this data?
